Meet Alex Poberesky
Alex Poberesky, Esq., is a committed advocate of the people. Originally from Moscow, his sense of justice was forged struggling against an oppressive Soviet regime as a member of the Soviet Refusenik movement and experiencing personal tragedy (loss of father) during that fight.
As a trial attorney with a prestigious regional law firm, Mr. Poberesky successfully represented hundreds of clients throughout the courts of the state of Maryland and before the Federal and State Administrative Agencies. From serious auto accidents and job injuries to criminal cases, whether before a judge, jury, or Administrative Agency Mr. Poberesky defends the people’s rights.
Mr. Poberesky believes in self-improvement and independence. He provides counsel for the creation of new businesses and negotiation of business disputes, helping people reach their entrepreneurial goals.
Mr. Poberesky gives back to his community. He is involved in civic and political affairs helping candidates seeking elected office and working with Congressmen, senators, and other public officials to assist new Americans. Mr. Poberesky supports the Associated Jewish Charities and contributes to other good causes. He participates in regional and national Jewish leadership affairs.
Mr. Poberesky hones his discipline as a long-standing practitioner of martial arts. He has been awarded a bronze and a gold medal for his competitive zeal in national full contact matches. Mr. Poberesky’s professional, civic and athletic activities have earned him a well-balanced network of associates.
